Inisght, "How Police Secretly Took Over a Global Phone Network for Organized Crime. Police monitored a hundred million encrypted messages sent through Encrochat, a network used by career criminals to discuss drug deals, murders, and extortion plots".
Update, "Chinese law may require companies to disclose cyber-security preparations outside China. Companies with Chinese operations may have to disclose information about the security of their networks in other countries under China’s draft data security law".
