The Guardian blogs an opinion piece about Data Protection laws not being enforced. Written by a professor of the public understanding of technology at the Open University. The post has a very active comments section.
The Sunday Times reports “Three European consumer rights bodies have launched legal action in Dublin against the Data Protection Commission (DPC) over how it is investigating Google’s tracking of smartphone users.”
