What to expect from the GDPR Community Recruitment process
After you have applied to be a candidate we will get in touch with you to discuss your needs (job requirements, salary expectations etc). We request you tell us non-negotiables including personal preferences; this can ensure we do not send you information or roles that are not of interest. We will keep the conversation open and would be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you have during any of the process
We work with clients to gain an understanding of what their requirements are. If we believe you would be a good fit we will ask you whether you would like to be put forward. At this stage, as we work closely with organisations, we are not posting positions online and will only present roles relevant to you. Usually, the next stage is for the candidate to interview/test directly with the organisation.
Once the organisation has opted to take the community member forward, we will let you know. Specific recruitment processes are shared with us, and meetings/interview can be arranged withyou.
We will check in periodically to ensure the relationship is going well, we can keep in touch as often as you would like. The community can be used to ask any questions and support. We love being able to contribute to the community's data protection careers and aim to make the recruitment process as easy as possible.
